Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. - All items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered – with all tags attached.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Custom-made items are non-returnable.
Return damaged or incorrect items
To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:
(1) Contact our customer service via email at info@diana-jewellery.com (2) Send a photo and description of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the corresponding order number. Once we receive your email and have assessed the damage, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Please note that all damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Returns:
If the size doesn't fit or you want a different color, you can return the item. You will be
responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging or with the original retail tag. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Receive damaged or defective products:
Please inspect all received products for defects immediately after unpacking. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Damaged or defective items will be replaced; in this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the current item and place a new order.
